Geen enkel kind zou ooit mogen worden blootgesteld aan oorlog. En des te meer om het te doorstaan zonder de steun van ouders. Al meer dan een jaar verkeren Oekraïense kinderen in een staat van totale stress, angst en psychologische druk. Elke dag van de oorlog drukt zijn stempel op de psycho-emotionele toestand van kinderen. Elk luchtalarm herinnert kinderen onder onze hoede aan het verlies van hun dierbaren.
De reacties van kinderen kunnen verschillen, maar het is duidelijk dat de oorlog gevolgen zal hebben voor het leven van kinderen wier psyche nog in ontwikkeling is. En daarom moeten we ze helpen herstellen en toekomstige problemen voorkomen.
Momenteel zoekt Charity Fund "Children of Heroes" ondersteuning voor de systematische werking van het programma voor psychologische hulp aan kinderen.
1 individuele psychologische revalidatiesessie voor een kind kost UAH 1.000. (25 EUR)
Help Ukrainian children to live on!
This project aims to collect funds for psychological rehabilitation for Ukrainian children who have lost one or both parents due to the war.
No child should ever know war. And all the more so to go through it without the support of parents.
For more than a year, Ukrainian children have been in a state of total stress, fear and psychological pressure. Every day of the war leaves its mark on the psycho-emotional state of children. Each air alarm reminds children under our care of the loss of their loved ones.
Children's reactions may be different, but it is obvious that war will leave consequences on the lives of children whose psyches are still being formed. And that is why we have to help them recover and prevent future problems.
Currently, "Children of Heroes" Charity Fund is looking for support for the systematic functioning of the psychological assistance program for children.
1 individual psychological rehabilitation session for a child costs UAH 1,000. (25 EUR)

Children of Heroes was founded to help the countless number of Ukrainian children who have suffered the ultimate tragedy: the loss of a parent, or parents, during the ongoing war. The Fund provides the children with long-term complex support, including educational, medical, humanitarian support, and psychological rehabilitation. From 20 to 30 children are being added to our fund daily and we are in constant need of additional support. But together, we can make a real difference in the lives of these children, offering them a brighter future filled with hope and opportunities they deserve.
