There were a few costs we've didn't factor in, which make this a bigger investment than we initially anticipated.

Next to the promotion, which was factored in, we also got to pay a licence fee to host this event, which in total will cost us around 175 EUR. 

That's why we started this action to overcome both our April and May events so that this can stay a free event.
