Please help me get out of depts and get my child back
Looking help to pay of my depts and get my child back.
Hello, My name is Diana and I am desperate for help. My story is quite long and complicated, but I will try to explain it in as much detail and as briefly as possible.
I am an expat in another country. I came alone many years ago to make a better life. Like everything was going well until I fell in love. Of course, the very beginning was wonderful, care, attention and everything else. However, when I got pregnant, life turned upside down.. Accusations, aggression, violence, lies and constant humiliation.. I thought that maybe everything would get better with time, after all, stress and a new family.. However, the further it went, the worse and worse it got. We received the same salary, but I always paid for everything. With the boyfriend, only excuses and promises... We were looking for a bigger apartment, for which my mother gave a deposit, so that we could get it before the arrival of the child. He simply took half of that money for his own needs and kept saying that your mother will be able to transfer as much as she needs and help. After giving birth, an even more terrible life began. I bought all the furniture from my own account, food and maintenance of the apartment are only at my expense. This has created quite a large amount of debt on a credit card that is in my name and I am responsible for it. I have called the police to the house more than once or twice because of domestic violence with minors, but they would just come talk to him and leave. No one was interested in my bruised face, broken doors and destroyed house. This continued until he kicked me out the door in the middle of winter with a 12-week-old baby and no necessities, not even baby clothes. I sought refuge as much as I could so that only the child was warm and comfortable. We were homeless... The state took away my child to help me until I had a roof over my head. After a long struggle, I managed to find a suitable home for the child and got him back. However, the debts kept growing and growing, even though I worked, took care of the child, the child was taken care of and provided with everything, after a year and a half, the child's father woke up and said he wanted to see him. And so began my next journey..
An apartment, a car, a credit card - over time, no matter how much I tried to pay it off little by little, the sums kept rising, and the lawyer's funds contributed.. Which kept rising and rising and rising.. I went to specialists who should help in situations like mine, to make it easier that big stone and look for ways out together and give advice, but there was nothing like that. Since the debt is already too high, they took my only asset - my child. I lost my job and my house (because while I was trying to reduce my debts a little bit, I didn't have money to pay the rent anymore, I'm not talking about a tastier bite of food.
At the moment the debts are still growing because I don't have the income to cover them as soon as possible.. I'm staying with a friend at home who has two children herself and understands my situation and wants to help, but at the same time she can't do much.
I am looking for help as soon as possible to get my only angel back who is now two years and 4 months old. During the trial, it was said that the sooner I pay off everything and find housing, the sooner I will get my child back.
I've always been strong and never asked for help for anything, but in my current situation I'm looking for any help to get back on my feet, get back on my feet and most importantly get my only asset back, my son.
