Hi, please help me finally so that I can travel and have heart surgery.
I have severe pain in my heart, I took medication that didn't help. Several doctors after examination made me understand that I would have to undergo heart surgery and they themselves told me that this treatment is not feasible here in the country. So I have to travel and this requires a lot of money. I don't have any money, that's why I'm asking for your help. Please help me, I still want to live in peace without this strong pain.
