My name is Hussam, and I am married with two wonderful children. I have a two-year-old girl named Ataa and a two-month-old girl named Mona. They bring so much joy into my life, and I cherish every moment with them. In terms of my career, I run my own business and manage to provide for my family thanks to the support of my loved ones.
My family is truly amazing! I have my father Anwar, my mother Sabah, my married brothers Safwat and Hussein, my unmarried brothers Mohammed and Mahmoud, and my 17-year-old little sister Atta. We used to live in our modest home in Rafah, enjoying a peaceful and problem-free life. However, due to the unfortunate war in Rafah, we were forced to leave our home and find refuge elsewhere.
My father, Anwar, works hard as a farmer, taking care of our land where he grows vegetables. He's been tending to the fields for as long as I can remember and could really use a break. My mom, Sabah, is a homemaker who's been dealing with some health issues lately, particularly severe cartilage in her lower neck area. She deserves all the love and support in the world.
Safwat is another one of my married brothers. He has a two-year-old daughter named Haya, and he graduated from the Faculty of Accounting. He works alongside my father in agriculture, helping to keep the family business thriving.
Hussein is also married and has a two-year-old daughter named Hams. He too graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and works with our father and Safwat.
My unmarried brothers, Mohammed and Mahmoud, are both incredibly hardworking and ambitious. Mohammed is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, but unfortunately, due to the war, he lost his job with a foreign company. Now, he's unemployed and struggling to find work. Mahmoud is still a student at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, but his studies have been on hold because of the war.
Last but not least, my little sister Atta is just a sweetheart! She's only 17 years old and currently in high school. Her dreams of continuing her education and building a bright future for herself have been put on hold because of the war. It breaks my heart to see her suffer like this.
As we all know, Rafah crossing is the only way for us to escape this horrible war and seek safety, peace, and a better future for our family in Egypt. Before the crossing was closed, the cost of travel per person was 5000 USD. We are desperate to get out of here and start over somewhere safe as soon as crossing reopens. We are reaching out to you for help and support in this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity would mean the world to us.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story. We truly appreciate your empathy and understanding. Together, we can make a difference and help us build a brighter future for our family.
