Help mij de zorg verzekering eigen risico te vergoeden om de nieuwste diabetes sensor te gebruiken om stabiliteit te krijgen

Ik heb sinds 2013 diabetes ik was 10 toen ik erachter kwam inmiddels meer dan 10 jaar verder heb ik al veel vooruitgang in de medicatie en hulpmiddelen meegemaakt. Ik hoop met deze actie geld in te zamelen voor zorgverzekering om de nieuwste sensor te krijgen deze is namelijk niet vergoed vanuit de verzekering indien het geen noodgeval is.
