I am Saher Al-Louh, from Germany 🇩🇪. Today, I come to you with a heart filled with pain but also hope, seeking your urgent help for a devastated family in Gaza – the family of Ibrahim Al-Louh. War has destroyed everything Ibrahim owned: his home, his farm, and his future 😥. His three children, Ghadeer, Amir, and Saher, face hunger and homelessness, their smiles fading day by day.

Ibrahim's Story: Resilience in the Face of Ruin 😔

Ibrahim Al-Louh, 54, is a widowed father who dedicated his life to raising his three children after they lost their mother in a previous war. He built them a warm home and a chicken farm that was their sole source of income. Their life was modest, but filled with love and resilience.

An Unforgettable Catastrophe 💥:
A year and a half ago, on a night that will forever be etched in their memory, the shells of war rained down on them. They miraculously escaped, barefoot, fleeing certain death 🏃‍♂️. They slept in a simple tent, lying on the cold ground, leaving everything behind.

The Shock of Return 💔:
After a temporary truce, they returned to their village only to find rubble. Their home and farm, everything Ibrahim had worked for, were wiped off the face of the earth. They returned to their tent, tears streaming endlessly from their eyes.

The Struggle for Survival ✊:
They didn't stay long in the tent before being forced to displace again. A friend hosted them in a modest apartment, which brought temporary joy to his children 😊. But this joy was short-lived; with skyrocketing rents and unprecedented food prices (a kilo of flour for $40!), Ibrahim found himself unable to provide food or pay rent. He accumulated 5 months of overdue rent and faced eviction threats. On many days, they had nothing to eat but water and salt 💧🧂.
