Our life was calm and stable, we lived it in all its details, my brothers go to their schools and I go to my university and my mother takes care of the affairs of the house. She is a very skilled cook and my father goes to his work until this brutal and cruel war began to change everything and began a journey of tragedies and pain between displacement and homelessness in the refugee camps on the Egyptian border in the city of Rafah, which lacks any necessities of life, where there is nothing but oppression, deprivation and hunger. The situation continued with us like this until we reached a calm, where we returned to Gaza City and to a part of our house that was severely damaged as a result of the intense bombing. Now our life in Gaza City depends completely on the aid that enters through the crossings. There are no jobs or any sources of income. We face the risk of famine and thirst. Food supplies are very scarce and expensive and we cannot provide them,

so I decided Im Hala, I am 23 years old, a university student from Gaza.

I was deprived of continuing my education due to the war. I live with my family under constant bombing, amidst a genocide, hunger, and endless fear.

We were displaced many times in search of safety... We lived in a tent with no basic necessities. We endured unbearable cold, hunger, and fear.

I lost my only aunt and her daughters, and my uncle was martyred in a horrific airstrike that directly targeted them.  

Today, we have no source of income, no work, and prices in the markets are unbearable. We survive on hope alone.

I am reaching out because I am completely helpless… I’m looking for any kind of support to help me stand by my family and ease, even a little, of this suffering.

كانت حياتنا هادئة ومستقرة، عشناها بكل تفاصيلها، إخوتي يذهبون إلى مدارسهم وأنا أذهب إلى جامعتي وأمي تعتني بشؤون المنزل. إنها طباخة ماهرة جدًا وأبي يذهب إلى عمله حتى بدأت هذه الحرب الوحشية والقاسية لتغير كل شيء وبدأت رحلة من المآسي والألم بين النزوح والتشرد في مخيمات اللاجئين على الحدود المصرية في مدينة رفح، التي تفتقر إلى أي من ضروريات الحياة، حيث لا يوجد سوى القهر والحرمان والجوع. استمر الوضع معنا على هذا النحو حتى وصلنا إلى الهدوء، حيث عدنا إلى مدينة غزة وإلى جزء من منزلنا الذي تضرر بشدة نتيجة القصف المكثف. الآن تعتمد حياتنا في مدينة غزة بشكل كامل على المساعدات التي تدخل عبر المعابر. لا توجد وظائف ولا أي مصادر دخل. نواجه خطر المجاعة والعطش. المواد الغذائية نادرة جدًا وغالية الثمن ولا يمكننا توفيرها،

 لذلك قررت أنا حلا ، عمري 23 عامًا، طالبة جامعية من غزة.

 حُرمتُ من مواصلة تعليمي بسبب الحرب. أعيش مع عائلتي تحت قصفٍ مستمر، وسط إبادة جماعية وجوع وخوفٍ لا ينتهي. تشرّدنا مراتٍ عديدة بحثًا عن الأمان... عشنا في خيمةٍ تفتقر إلى أبسط مقومات الحياة. عانينا من بردٍ قارسٍ وجوعٍ وخوفٍ لا يُطاق. فقدت عمتي الوحيدة وبناتها، واستشهد عمي في غارةٍ جويةٍ مروعةٍ استهدفتهم مباشرةً. اليوم، لا مصدر دخلٍ لنا، ولا عمل، وأسعارُ الأسواق لا تُطاق. نعيش على الأمل وحده. أتواصل معكم لأني عاجزٌ تمامًا... أبحث عن أي نوعٍ من الدعم لمساعدتي على الوقوف إلى جانب عائلتي والتخفيف، ولو قليلاً، من هذه المعاناة. قصتنا ومأساتنا قصةٌ من آلاف القصص في مدينة غزة. دعمكم وتعاطفكم معنا يُقوينا. بكم، نستطيع تجاوز هذه المحنة. لا تبخلوا بدعمكم، مهما كان صغيرًا، سواءً كان تبرعًا أو مشاركةً لقصتنا. إنه في غاية الأهمية. الإنسانية لغةُ تواصلٍ بين القلوب. دع قلبك يُرشدك لمساعدتنا. بادر وابدأ وادعُ معارفك وأصدقائك.
