Uni application fee

I am an international student trying to study abroad. I actually don't help a visa card by can by one with enough funding. If I collect enough, I will be able to by a card and pay my application fees with the rest of the fundings. I have done well academically so far in order to apply for my dream University Harvard but unfortunately, F1 visas are not given in my country. So I decided to apply elsewhere, particularly in Asia. I found many good universities willing to help international students like me with scholarships but I need the money to apply.
