Mijn verzekering wil de kosten van mijn advocaat niet betalen. Ik ben in 2019 aangereden door iemand die niet verzekerd was.

Hallo, ik ben Véronique en ben 26 jaar. In 2019 ben ik aangereden door een auto. De bestuurder hiervan was niet verzekerd. Deze zaak is ook voor de rechtbank gekomen. Omdat mijn familiale verzekering vindt dat ik geen nood had aan een advocaat (hoewel de advocaat al bij alles is tussen gekomen) willen zij de kosten voor de advocaat niet dekken. Aangezien ik nog maar 2 jaar werk heb ik zelf het geld niet om dit te betalen. Hopelijk kunnen jullie mij een handje helpen.
