I'm George Simon Dixon, 

I'm a immigrants living in Belgium, with my girlfriend and daughter of 7months 

Undocumented and been in the country for 4 to 5 years now 

Just this year's August I got the worst news of my life that I have cancer 

Due to me been Undocumented give me limited access to providing for my family and my own medical expenses
