My name is Sarah. I live in the Netherlands and I've organised an initiative to get Formula Milk to small infants in Gaza. It was while doing this that Fatima made contact, asking for milk because she could not afford to buy it  for her small son Yahya.

This  family has already  been displaced nine times over the last two years. There are two  very young children and the father has a serious heart condition which requires surgery. 

Recently they were forced to move  to Mawasi Camp (Khan Younis), but because the entire area is now extremely crowded the only place available to pitch their tent was very close to the  sea, vulnerable to storm surges and flooding.  

 During a winter storm  two weeks back, the tent was flooded by a huge wave and the children as well as many of their belongings were washed out!

The family then took shelter in a tent belonging to their neighbour and this too collapsed, injuring the young boy and cutting his head.

Sadly this is the situation for so many in Gaza now, life has become simply unbearable!

The family needs EVERYTHING - adequate shelter,  food, blankets, medicine, clothing, diapers….
