I will be writing this in English since I am planning to publish it on more platforms so also English speaking people could understand the situation.

My car got in a hit and run.

So 9th of september, just a regular day at work.(Nederweert,Nederland) After an early shift I came out to the parkinglot at my car looking like this. Immediately I told it to few shift-leaders and so they came out to check the damage of the car for themselves. Police was immediately contacted as well.

So the next coming days, one of the shift-leaders was checking cameras for how it happened and what caused it.

Unfortunately, the parkinglot camera wasn't working. (Had been down for few weeks) So all we could see was a camera further away that caught strange movements from a big lorry at our parkinglot. Someone had stopped at our parking lot (without going inside, so he didn't even had to be at our company) for small amount of time and started driving backwards. (We thought that he had just stopped to check directions where exactly he had to go) As he was going backwards, he hit my car with the metal beam from the backside of the lorry and was pushing my car backwards. (Thats why there is a hole on the side of the car) And he was pushing it untill he hit a tree with my car. (See the picture with the dent in the trunk)

On the camera footage, you cant really see exactly how it happened because there are also many cars in the parkinglot and mine was the furthest away (right next to the road) you can just see the movement of the lorry. (Forwards and backwards)

So after all this, we couldn't figure out which company was the lorry from, because the footage was in a very bad quality and the camera was far away.

Insurance

All the footage and pictures got sent to insurance company but because there are no clear images or videos in a good quality what really shows how it exactly happened, they said there is not enough evidence for them to pay me the insurance money for the car. So that was a "NO NO" from the insurance company.

Police

For the police, it was the same scenario. No clear evidence of who did it and what exactly happened so they told me that they can't do anything.

I spoke with people at my work and they told me to try and start a "FUNDRAISER" so maybe I can collect some money.

Moved to Belgium from the Netherlands.

Because I recently moved to Belgium, I spent my extra money moving to an appartment here along with furniture and I can't afford a car at the moment.

Luckily for me, I can use a car from a friend of mine to get to work for a short time as he was just about to sell it when the accident with my car happened.

So here I am, asking for your help. I am pretty sure together we can solve this problem so I can get myself a cheap car to get to work. I work 30km from my appartment and it is impossible to get there with public transport. (Since I am going across the border).

P.S - The crashed car ended up in a scrapyard for some change since it was declared a "total loss" and was illegal to use it on the road.

Hopefully we can make this happen.
