Beste sportliefhebbers,
Zinni Van Looy, een veelbelovende jonge atleet uit Olen, heeft een enorme passie voor mountainbiken. Met keiharde training en tomeloze inzet heeft hij al indrukwekkende prestaties neergezet in de XCE Eliminator, een spectaculaire discipline binnen het mountainbiken.
Om zijn droom na te jagen, combineert Zinni momenteel een job in de bouwsector met topsport. Maar zoals iedereen weet, is dat verre van ideaal. Omdat de XCE Eliminator (nog) geen Olympische discipline is, kan hij geen beroep doen op een sportstatuut of enige overheidssteun.
Om te kunnen concurreren met de wereldtop is financiële steun essentieel. Zo kan hij zich meer focussen op zijn sport en minder op werken. Het benodigde sportmateriaal financiert Zinni zelf, maar een duwtje in de rug om reiskosten en trainingskampen te bekostigen zou een wereld van verschil maken.
In 2025 zal Zinni maar liefst 58.882 kilometer moeten afleggen om aan alle wedstrijden deel te nemen. Zonder sponsoring is dit simpelweg niet haalbaar.

Help a young athlete achieve his sports dream!
Dear sports enthusiasts,
Zinni Van Looy, a promising young athlete from Olen/ Belgium, has an immense passion for mountain biking. Through relentless training and unwavering dedication, he has already achieved impressive results in the XCE Eliminator, a spectacular discipline within mountain biking.
To chase his dream, Zinni is currently combining a job in the construction sector with top-level sports. But as everyone knows, that is far from ideal. Since XCE Eliminator is (still) not an Olympic discipline, he cannot rely on a sports status or any government support.
Financial support is essential for him to compete at the highest level. This would allow him to focus more on his sport and less on working. Zinni finances his own sports equipment, but a helping hand to cover travel costs and training camps would make a world of difference.
In 2025, Zinni will have to travel an astonishing 58,882 kilometers to participate in all competitions. Without sponsorship, this is simply not feasible.
