I am Mohammed mousa from Gaza, from the heart of a land of beauty and sadness.

I strive to convey an honorable message through my small lens - I film videos that convey a beautiful and cheerful message about Gaza, despite Gaza's uttermost sadness.

I use my energy to share the suffering of my people and obvious distress on the faces of the people here in order to serve them, I belong to them. Their happiness is my happiness, and their misfortunes befall me. In order to serve my people better, I deliver the picture to you as it is.

My people's smiles you may see through my lens are the product of the support and donations of kind people like you who help them heal. But, behind the smiles hide the bitterness of displacement, the heat of summer and the cold of winter, and many wounds and sorrow.

Gaza is still being exposed every minute to a genocide, forced displacement, and the threat of death.

Regardless, I am trying to convey a positive message and joyful aspects of gaza to the world despite the continuing bombing and destruction.

This does not mean that the tragedy is over or limited. The disaster continues, and conveying the picture in all its aspects is our duty.
