Help a Ukrainian Mother and Her Son Through a Difficult Time

My name is Yana. I am a Ukrainian mother raising my 10-year-old son on my own.

Because of Russia’s ongoing war against Ukraine, constant missile and drone attacks, and the instability they have caused, I lost my stable source of income. We are now facing serious financial difficulties, while the safety and stability of our home remain a constant concern, as it has already been damaged more than once.

I am actively looking for work and doing everything I can to become financially independent again and provide for my son. But while I am going through this difficult period, we need temporary support to cover our basic needs.

The funds raised will help us pay for housing, food, utilities, transportation, my son’s needs, and other essential expenses.

Asking for help is not easy for me. I have always tried to work, take care of my child, and overcome difficulties on my own. But the war has changed the lives of millions of Ukrainians, and sometimes circumstances become too difficult for one person to handle alone.
