Kirsten Alting is terug – en hoe! Haar single Window of Opportunity welke op het nieuwe album komt, staat op nummer 9 in de wereldwijde Country Top 40, (juli/augustus 2025) en zijzelf op nummer 65 van meest gedraaide country-artiesten op de radio, naast grootheden als Randy Travis, Blake Shelton en Willie Nelson.

Na jaren van stilte door een zeldzame bindweefselziekte – waarbij artsen dachten dat ze nooit meer zou zingen – is Kirsten hersteld genoeg om weer te zingen, te lopen, op te treden, en nu haar meest persoonlijke album ooit te maken: Tell it like it is. Een unieke mix van country, bluegrass en Irish folk, met verhalen over hoop, doorzettingsvermogen en geloof.

We hebben nog minimaal €3.000 nodig om het album professioneel af te ronden, te promoten en naar zoveel mogelijk mensen te brengen – van internationale radio tot huiskamerconcerten, en van festivals tot ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen.

Kirsten Alting is back – and how! Her single Window of Opportunity, which will be featured on the new album, is currently at number 9 in the Worldwide Country Top 40 (July/August 2025), and she herself ranks number 65 among the most-played country artists on radio, alongside legends such as Randy Travis, Blake Shelton, and Willie Nelson.

After years of silence due to a rare connective tissue disease – with doctors believing she would never sing again – Kirsten has recovered enough to sing, walk, perform, and now create her most personal album yet: Tell it like it is. A unique blend of country, bluegrass, and Irish folk, filled with songs about hope, perseverance, and faith.

We still need at least €3,000 to finish the album professionally, promote it, and bring it to as many people as possible – from international radio to living room concerts, and from festivals to hospitals and care facilities.
