we sponsor our projects through Kenya and in August 2023 we like to startup project affordable house. Many families lives in unhealthy houses or even worse and cannot afford to buy or build a stone house. Miritonia goal is to achieve buying the houses and people can rent for small money. The first step of the project is to buy 20 small houses and build them in the area of the city Mombasa. When this is going well then we like to expand so we can help more families. The startup of this project is covered by the requested amount including building, material, tax, insurance. Every house contains a sittingroom, toilet, kitchen, two bedrooms, power and water.
