My name is *Kenet Janaka De Silva*. I am *57 years old* from *, Eastern Province, Sri Lanka*.

I am writing to you today with a heavy heart. For many years I have been fighting *kidney failure*. I have already gone through *2 kidney transplants*. Now my doctors have told me that I need a *3rd kidney transplant urgently* to stay alive.

I came from a *poor family*. We have used all our savings for dialysis, medicines, and my past surgeries. I cannot work anymore, and my family cannot afford this treatment alone.

*I need  money for my surgery, hospital care, donor tests, and medicines 

Without this transplant, I don’t know what will happen to me. I am scared, but I am also hoping.
