Currently, concern for the environment, especially in the Indonesian community, is becoming increasingly permissive towards mining activities to excavate stone/sand or land, which instantly helps the community's economy but in the long term worsens the environmental system. Particularly is in Baleendah area, Bandung Regency, West Java , Indonesia, specifically in the area near the artificial lake owned by the regional government - Situ Sipatahunan which is close to the rock/sand/gravel/split mining area.
This location is near one of the hilltops in Bandung Regency – Indonesia , namely Mount Koromong 996 meters above sea level, which is south of Bandung and faces towards Bandung. In this location, assistance and regional planning and environmental protection are needed so that we can pass on a beautiful and beautiful Bandung to future generations.
The proposed improvements are:
1. Build roads/stairs/irrigation infrastructure around the mountains and hills so that they can be processed into agricultural land/community gardens. So far there have been no good roads/alleys so this has become the reason for mining areas, even though agricultural/garden areas are more sustainable. The planned length of the road or stairs that needs to be built is 400 meters with an elevation of between 10 and 40 degrees, with an estimated cost of IDR 1.875 billion or around Euro 110,000, IDR=Indonesian Rupiahs.
2. Shift the focus of the Indonesian public from the northern region and equalize economic and social growth and introduce the natural beauty of southern Bandung apart from Pangalengan and Ciwidey – the more favourite and hectic sites.
