My name is Tracy Chirwa, I am a fourth year student pursuing bachelor's degree in public health. For many years I have been longing to help children especially in rural areas, for my childhood life I have grown up living in rural area and I have come to experience and see children struggling to pursue quality education for different barriers such as lack of education support. Many children in rural areas lack education materials exercise books in the past years the Government was able to provide free exercise books to students but now because of other factors there are no longer distributing those which has greatly affected many children in rural areas, apart from that in rural areas children are facing challenges in term of reaching or accessing education in terms of long distance while also lacking pair of shoes which also pose a challenge. This fundraiser aims to provide education support to the privilege children in terms of notebooks, pens, pencils, school backpacks, school shoes this is to ensure that every child has access to quality education and also to create opportunity to succeed regardless of the background.
