Defend Solidarity, Prosecute Complicity

Activist Anuna de Wever faces trial for exposing a war profiteer. We're putting genocide complicity on trial instead.
The Story
When governments and media were silent, activists spoke up. In a powerful act of solidarity, Belgian justice activist Anuna de Wever and others targeted the offices of OIP Systems – the Belgian subsidiary of Israeli arms manufacturer Elbit Systems. With red paint symbolizing the bl**d of Palestinians, they exposed a company profiting from genocide.
Now, Anuna is the one facing criminal charges. OIP Systems, a company that supplies 85% of Israel’s military drones and equipment, filed a complaint against her.
We refuse to let this stand. This trial is not about vandalism; it's an attempt to silence those who dare to speak truth to power. We are turning the tables. Alongside her legal defense, we are supporting a historic counter-complaint against OIP/Elbit for complicity in genocide and war crimes.
Why This Matters
· Criminalizing Compassion: Across Europe and the U.S., supporting Palestinian human rights is being outlawed through anti-boycott laws, terrorist designations, and legal harassment. This case is part of a global crackdown on our right to protest.
· The Hypocrisy is Staggering: While condemning protests, the Belgian government granted OIP/Elbit subsidies in 2025. These companies supply weapons "battle-tested" on Palestinians in Gaza and exported worldwide, fueling oppression from the Congo to Palestine.
· A Critical Precedent: A victory here would be a victory for everyone. It would protect the whistleblowers who act when the world is silent and set a legal precedent to hold war profiteers accountable everywhere. It's a direct challenge to the system that protects corporate complicity.
Our Campaign Strategy: #NoPeaceForWarCriminals
1. Legal Defense: Ensure a robust defense for Anuna and all activists targeted for standing with Palestine.
2. Legal Offensive: File and publicize the counter-complaint against OIP/Elbit, using the courtroom as a stage to put genocide profiteers on public trial.
3. Public Mobilization: Fill the streets and the courtroom on September 23 to show that the people demand justice.
4. Political Education: Expose Elbit’s global network of death and the laws designed to protect it, building a stronger, more connected movement.
