I am writing to respectfully ask for help regarding a difficult situation I am currently in. Due to my cerebral palsy and my age, I am having increasing difficulty with my balance; I have trouble walking and standing for long periods, which means I can hardly leave the house anymore. Despite my efforts to cope with this situation – including riding a tricycle – my physical condition has not improved or strengthened. Because I cannot work due to my cerebral palsy, it is impossible for me to save money.
